"Local musician Nic Blackburn will perform original music on acoustic guitar at the Windsor Locks Library on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 7 p.m. The public is invited to bring a blanket or folding chair to the library lawn at 28 Main St. to enjoy Blackburn's eclectic mix of blues, folk and rock music. There is no charge for this concert.
